Cancellation and Modification Policy:
Semi-flexible cancellation policy:
A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel after booking, a charge equivalent to the first night's stay will apply. If you do not show up on the day of arrival, the first night's stay will also be charged as a penalty.
Children's Regulations
CHILDREN'S REGULATIONS
Children up to 10 years old stay free of charge in the same room and bed as their companions. Children 11 years and older incur an extra charge starting at $120,000 COP + VAT. Accommodation for children over 11 years old is charged at the adult rate. Identification documents are required at check-in, and any additional charges will apply if the child is over 11 years old.
