Yes, we allow pets. There is a fee of $80,000 pesos for your pet's stay. Only one pet per room is allowed.

What is the hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

A 50% fee plus taxes is charged for late check-outs or early check-outs at the hotel.
What is the minimum age to check into the hotel?

There is no minimum age, the full rate is charged from 11 years old onwards and they must pay as an additional person of $120,000 +VAT.
Do you offer room service?

We offer room service at no extra charge.

Yes, we have free parking for all our guests.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Semi-flexible cancellation policy:
A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel after booking, a charge equivalent to the first night's stay will apply. If you do not show up on the day of arrival, the first night's stay will also be charged as a penalty.
